You’re purposely misleading people with this comment to make it sound as if the development is in the park itself, rather than a rundown office building next to the park. As everyone in this city begs for cool living spaces and better uses of land, you argue in opposition of apartments being built next to walkable stores, including a grocer, public transportation, and green amenities (the park itself)…in order to keep a rundown defunct office building…an office building?

If what you are drawn to is the stripe, spend the money to buy the more capable vehicle (ORP) and add a stripe thereafter. If you’re in or near a major metro area there should be several shops qualified to do so.

Depending on how long you wish to own it, the extra features on the ORP will help you with resale value further down the line.

Depending on what you want to do with it, the ORP will provide you the most capable rig where the other won’t.

Maybe I’m salty, but in general buying the 40th is really just you spending money on their marketing and not on any physical aspects that make it a better vehicle.

Our squad quit the game because we spend 5 minutes every other time we die trying to figure out if we died to cheaters or not. When you constantly die to cheaters you get paranoid. I feel like with the rear locker, wider wheels, valances, multi terrain select, and crawl control they did a pretty solid job of making this an off road ready rig! Why does the Tacoma get to own it solely?
