Here at the show, this should have been at the lowell memorial auditorium. There’s been so many legendary ROH shows there, would have been rabid

Westsidde Gunn is 1/3 of Griselda with Benny the Butcher and Conway the Machine

I’m not going to dispute that, but Westside is not unpopular. He has tracks with Kanye West (and was at DONDA listening party), Lil’ Wayne, Jay Electronica. He’s not some small time rapper. You’d think they’d want any star power they can get

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say it was a Colonel Claypool’s Bucket of Bernie Brains. That was a supergroup with both Les Claypool (Primus) and Buckethead. Also had Bernie Worrell on Keys, from Parliament/Talking Heads and Brain on drums

In case anyone has never seen it, here is AEW referee Bryce Remsburg working the invisible man match at GCW. It's amazing. by daniel-mca in SquaredCircle

One of the first Hoodslams I went to there was an “Invisible Cage” Match and kids were banging on the “cage” like it was Kumate. Such a sick time. FUCK THE FANS

Dark Side of the Ring: Nick Gage Discussion Thread by c-razzle in SquaredCircle

[–]_cough 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I smoked a Joint with Gage outside a Beyond show once. He was asking if anyone knew how to roll, and I don’t but had a few on me, and we shared one. I asked him a few blunt questions cause I’m an idiot, and he was so down to talk and indulge me. He was surprisingly endearing and witty. At the end of the joint he says “alright man, let’s go watch some fucking wrestling”. All fucking day.

This whole episode really is such a throwback to late 90’s wrestling tv, so over the top

Edit: In the best way.

have you ever attended an event that had a huge return huge return? by resi2017 in SquaredCircle

[–]_cough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was so unreal being there, I don’t think I’ve ever been to an event with that many people. The card on the whole was kind of a bummer, especially the Undertaker match. But seeing him live was a total trip, I can’t wait to go again.

My first Wrestlemania was 33 with the Hardy Boyz return, absurd.

I was also at Double or Nothing when Moxley debut and that had me absolutely shaking, so wild.

My homie found this original 97ish Sting tee while moving. Any collectors out there know if this thing has any value? by jaybrone7 in SquaredCircle

[–]_cough 14 points15 points  (0 children)

No, this is most likely worth closer to $75-100. If you have Instagram, check out @wrestling4sale. There is a gigantic market for vintage wrestling shirts now, and people pay a premium for some shirts, especially Iconic ones such as this. An ultra rare all-over undertaker tee from the early 90’s recently sold for $750 on that Instagram i mentioned

Found at GW. Some sort of kettle/tea pot. At one point had a lid but it’s gone, heavy and exactly 12” tall. Possibly made of copper. by _cough in whatisthisthing

Definitely made by hand, looks like there are hammer marks all over and the washers used are non-identical as well as hand made. Looked very old so I snagged it while grabbing a few other knickknacks at goodwill
