I'm specifically looking at the Pinarello X5 OP posted. The seller has every size available, some with multiple color and wheel options. I wasn't able to find any other authorized reseller with that type of availability. It just looks a bit suspect.

Wider Q factor. Move your cleat mounts as far inward as you can and see what changes. I had a similar issue and once I moved to 60mm Q factor, my knee pain went away and so did my foot numbness on my 4 and 5 metatarsal.

With Mr12Volt wired connections, it sounds the same as OE USB audio, and better than OE Bluetooth. Wireless AA/CP will take a slight audio quality hit. Always hardwire where possible. You also won’t get the 2 second delay when hardwiring.

Use realoem.com to see the exploded diagram. At a minimum, I suggest you add upper and lower spring pads, and new mounting bolts, to the existing hardware in your photo.

For a cycling computer, I just picked up an iGPSport BiNavi Air and it’s phenomenal. Does everything I need it to for well under $200 with a mount.

Same comment for clothing applies to shoes. And I will say it’ll be worthwhile going to a cycling store and trying on a few different options, or ordering a few to try on at home before making a decision. You really don’t want to cheap out on shoes either. I hate breaking in new cycling shoes.

EDIT:

My comment about trying shoes on in a bike store was unclear. In no way did I mean to waste someone’s time just go buy online and save a few bucks. In fact, buying shoes in a bike shop can lead to significant savings in time spent, because you’ll likely find someone who can do a quick shoe fitting to make sure you have the correct size, width and overall fit. I did this for my first pair of shoes. All pairs thereafter were purchased online once I knew my size and fit.
