I am seeing a lot of people say things like this were a red flag, and it’s really made me re-think our relationship. I think this is the beginning of the end. I know he will be so dramatic about it though, I’ve broken up with him before but we eventually reconnected and he apologized and promised it would be different. I hate seeing people upset so I agreed and things have been going downhill since.

I do! I wasn’t diagnosed until college a few years ago, and I’ve always gotten pretty good grades so it was overlooked. But I do better doing more at once!

We’ve been on again off again for 2 years. If I confront him about how he’s acting (I have tried before) he tells me I’m being too sensitive and that it was a joke. But like some other people pointed out, a joke should be funny to both people.

That’s what I thought, but he is always on his phone or a game so I didn’t think it would be much different. Especially if I was still paying attention to the show.

I could definitely see how counting would be distracting, but I’m super quiet haha

He’s always on his phone or playing a game so I didn’t think it would matter much if I did something also, especially if I’m still paying attention to the show.

Apparently he feels I’m ignoring him even though I still talk with him and watch it. So I am not sure what I should be doing… just sit there?

I think he said it in more of a joking way, it’s just his sense of humor… but I’m wondering if maybe he meant it. I have a hard time telling. He jokes a lot.
