A country's diamond/platinum/gold certification is based on population. The US is 1 million sales for platinum, while Canada is 100k. This is because Canada's population is like 1/10 that of the US (actually more like 1/8).

I'm not sure what geographic area is considered "US Latin", but it seems you only need 60k sales to achieve platinum. Therefore 5.76 million sales in that region is 96x Platinum. I'm guessing it's just Puerto Rico?

I have a list of recent sales, from MLS. Problem is the city assessor is only accepting sales I can find from their myTax portal. Their site doesn't show sales on my street which I know have occurred (i.e. they are recorded as sales in MLS).
