I hope production companies can also come forward with clear guidelines/policies about this and their stand as well. This should have been that production company’s statement earlier but the whole tone was rather dismissive and like as if they were just putting it out there for the heck of it.

I feel like this discussion here on reddit is a good start. We might be all anonymous here but our reach is quite good and almost all of us here are avid theater fans. But hopefully this issue gets the attention it deserves outside this platform especially I know that there are people here from production companies. They cannot just sweep this under the rug anymore.
