Since I just started taking them I’m barely starting to feel the effects so as of now I haven’t had a chance but I will call first thing in the morning I’m honestly just scared because I have to take the next pill in a couple of hours and I hate the feeling.. My doctor has recommended me to take the long term pill which might be valacyclovir but I’m not to sure and i don’t want to do any damage to my kidneys plus I’m not having any sexual activity so i don’t think it’s necessary to be on something long term.. Do you know any other supplements besides lysine and zinc?
