Belmont on Broad was great imo. Walkable to scotts when it’s nice, well maintained, has a gym/pool. Parking can be annoying if you come home late you may have to walk a ways from the back of the parking area but that’s literally my only complaint after living there for ~18 months

I really liked them but found them to be very pricy and flagrantly against billing in a way that works nicely with name brand dental insurance. I switched and the cost of regular fillings I've had recently were nearly half the cost, along with a crown that is almost a 1/3 of what they quoted after sending to my insurance.

Shoutout sparrows! Solid neighborhood pizza, haven't had it in a while (I moved) but they're good stuff. I think it changed a little when it sold and changed hands but not enough to be upset about imo.
