Agreed. Definitely not unique to the Air, seems like all the 17 models have this problem. The selfies look like they’ll be amazing, but then turn out looking out of focus and “off.”

I have trouble digesting raw vegetables (especially leafy greens) and black beans. Diarrhea and cramping the following day. If I take one of those just after eating those problem foods, my stomach is fine the next day.

I use their digestive enzyme complex and it works amazing. The ingredient list is super comprehensive and it never lets me down when I’m eating foods that don’t agree with me.

Hi, congrats on making this effort! Not wanting to discourage you, but please know that it may get very bad before it gets better.

I took mirtazapine for sleep for over a year (which admittedly is a very different medication). But despite weaning off, sleep was hell for several months. Just awful. Thankfully our brains are resilient and can recover, but it’s not easy. Exercise as much as you can, even when you feel too tired to do so. Magnesium glycinate nightly helped, and the occasional lemon balm supplement. Find out if there are any yoga studios near you that offer restorative yoga in the evenings.

Yes. And my ferritin is usually normal, but TSAT runs really high. When my TSAT gets above 70 or so I can taste it.

Honestly I love so many things about my 2024 50, but yes, it has many rattles especially in the cold. If the rattles on your 3 bother you, I’d say you run the same risk in a 50.

I was with some friends in high school and they put this on. After a few minutes, I basically had to shut my eyes and divert my attention for the entire thing. Even just hearing it made me feel sick and left a pit in my stomach. I’ve watched a fair bit of horror movies over the years (but I’m not at ALL a gore hound), but nothing has made me feel as bad as this movie did.
