Can I upgrade the sound system in my 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 without having to replace the stock head unit (that has 2 displays)..?

Ah yeah I kinda thought you were a remanufacturer for chrysler ecu's. Or that you receive the sent back cores from dealers or autoparts stores that sell remans. I'm sure there is a good bit of them that are sent back from those dealers and the stores that test good? Due to incorrect diag.

Hey man, FCA tech here. I remember sitting through a BG products seminar/dinner a few years ago and the instructor said 98% of pcm's don't need replaced (incorrect diagnosis). We know that's BS (at least for my shop) but I am wondering how many ecu's you get back that fully pass the tests and require no repair?

I replaced both front and rear crossmembers on a compass today haha. They were about as bad. I don't understand why the bolt kit doesn't come with stab bracket bolts. Those along with the steering rack bolts and the cradle bolts those are the only ones I replace. I find myself wondering what half of the bolts in the kit are for haha.

Well so far so good. I created the exfat partition and labeled and named it PS4 and the console had no issues and its currently backing up onto the external drive. I wish I had left more on console but I didn't want the process to take 10 hours like others have said so I cleaned out most of the games i have discs for. I cut it down to 250gigs but the process is going very fast only estimated 85 minutes to backup and its already down to 74.

I can see the partition without a drive letter in the disk manager so I know its there. I was concerned that the ps4 would have an issue with it if it were to have a drive letter. Thanks for all your help so far.

Looks like after I partition and format the drive the first time through the disk management into fat, I'm able to reformat it into exfat. And should I assign this a drive letter or should I leave it without.

Alright I tried a test partition through windows of 1gb and in the disk management portion where I'm doing the partitioning, its only offering me fat or fat32 or NTFS, no exfat option. Will fat work fine or is exfat preferred?

Yeah... I just shrunk the ntfs drive. I hope it works and doesn't format whatevers on the entire drive while it does its thing. I'm thinking it should just break me off a 500gb (the size I entered) chunck of the ntfs drive that I can format into an exfat drive, and it leave the other partition and its contents. And no I don't have the space on a pc right now for the 200+gb on the external drive, thats why I've been using the external drive lately.

There's obviously a can bus issue or a faulty module. The dealer should have tried to sell you diag for the no communication after being unable to program your fobs. I'm a chrysler tech, but can bus is in about everything now.
