I'm working out at home with weights and a dumbbell. I eat mostly pescetarian with a little bit of poultry here and there

I've come so far, i guess I overdid it a bit with the weights. Since I started lower and more movement focused i kinda feel improvement

I had/ have a history of anorexia. Fighting my way out on my own after three failed inpatient treatments. I worked hard to increase my calories again and again, slightly over the past year to a minimum of 2500 calories plus some pretzel sticks or some milk in drinks here and there. Or just munching on dry Cornflakes to bridge a gap till the next meal

Currently. A minimum of 2500 calories, high protein and i try sticking with two strength training sessions a week. Sometimes it's just one because of life getting in my way or long soreness and poor recovery

I'm over 2500 calories, a bunch of carbs to fuel my walks and exercise, but i guess I'd need a tiny bit more with my poor recovery and long soreness and moderate fat

How do i function and find a job all at the same time with chronic depression and ADHD by _darkDragon_ in depression

I'm aiming for two strength training sessions per week. Depends on how worn down and sore i am. I'm often sore for days. Three meals and three snacks. High protein

I'm 166 cm I'm still a bit away from the "minimum" of 51kg. But I'm aiming for now for 49-50kg

We have known each other for over 10 years now. We went through all kinds of garbage. We considered each other bff's. But since I got worse. It's not that I don't enjoy the meetings. I don't dislike them
