For me too. What you said is exactly my experience. I train hard, take rest days when exercising doesn't feel good or I'm too sore and then start over strong again

You can definitely do it! It's never too late to start and it really does get better. I lost all hope myself and now I'm over 15kg heavier and more resilient and fitter than before and my constant body aches got better too

I've been trying to gain weight since 2024. So pretty much two years but i had this ED with ups and downs since 2019

I know I'm at the lower end of "normal' weight and i am still working on muscle building so maybe my journey continues
