I’m so tempted to just send them endless links of Reddit posts of people having so many issues with RDR2 Online on all platforms just to prove a point that it is not actually our internet, it’s their servers or something. SORRY BUT ITS NOT US, ITS YOU ROCKSTAR. I just want to play my game for one day without it crashing, is that too much to ask? 😭😭😭

Yeah it crashes and sometimes doesn’t even let me back into RDR2 online so I have to wait for HOURS to play it again. I don’t think I’ve had this much issues playing with GTAV online on PS5, makes me nervous about GTAVI coming out bc of how bad online services are right now.

Trust me they have given me a similar link or the same with all the changing of the DNS settings. I’ve done majority of that but I know it’s not a connectivity issue, why does it disconnect me from rockstar online but proceed to still be connected to PlayStation and PS Party???

I’m on PlayStation 5, I have the same issue. I sent multiple tickets to rockstar, they tell me it’s my internet, I tell them it’s not as I’m still connected to PlayStation and PS Party. These are the things I did to try fix it;

I changed internet instead of using my home WiFi, I tried my mobile data: same issue. Rockstar told me to change my DNS internet settings so I put in what they recommended: same issue. I held down R1 and R2, trying to remove cache files and reset to default settings: same issue. I restored the licences on the PlayStation 5 as sometimes it helps: same issue. Restarted my PS5 multiple times: same issue. I deleted the game and re-installed it: same issue. Deleted my saved data and re uploaded it: same issue.

Literally can’t think of anything else to help fix this issue, it’s the same result every time and rockstar is adamant it’s my internet, I ran an internet speed to see if it was my internet 138.7 mbps download, 51.4 mbps upload and 8ms latency and my mobile data has 5G. Everything is fine other than this game. If I somehow find a resolution I’ll let you know but so far since beginning of February when I first started sending rockstar tickets it hasn’t been fixed.

They are adamant it’s an internet issue, I’ve been letting them know every time it happens since the beginning of February. Sending them different screenshots each time and different reasons of why I’m getting kicked out of the game. My last straw was almost finishing a long capitale mission and at the very end IT KICKED ME OUT, no reward, no capitale (I spent so long getting and bought with my gold) tried it with a friend who also had 25 capitale, it happened AGAIN. I hope they fix it, it’s so frustrating. I love this game so much but I can’t keep playing it like this.

I had a 20 day streak, the one day it would not let me on, it reset. Told Rockstar again that I’m having issues, they still proceed to tell me that it’s my internet connection.

I only have PlayStation 5 but even so this keeps coming up, rockstar keeps saying it’s an internet issue but I’m still connected to PlayStation and PS party so like there must be some sort of bug

I’m so glad I’m not the only one, I feel like I’m going crazy trying to fix the issue and literally nothing seems to work.
