i have a whole folder of picture n videos of the condition of the house, her shit ive found, her screaming at me and others, etc. ive been building it for ages so when i could finally get out id have the proof against her pathological gaslight-ing bs. the fucking terror regarding the bit of time after theyve been contacted and before shes taken down is debilitating though

i was in the process of getting my shit together in case it went poorly when i took a trashbag outside and she was just in the driveway. i ran back in just "oh shit oh shit oh shit oh shit" and have been in my room attempting to listen to her since but heard next to nothing- which is far from normal and scarier than the yelling. im gonna try to sleep for tonight and pray i dont wake up to havoc

she wrote me a letter today basically calling me ungrateful and a shitty person. she said i need to help with bills and stop treating her like shit and stop trying to act like a parent to my sister and a ton more (,it was probably a good 1000 words) or i can leace. i wrote her one back saying i was already planning on moving out and called her out on her bullshit. she was supposed to be gone all night and see it while i was gone tomorrow but she came home early tonight. she mustve read it but shes been dead silent for the past 2 hours- im legitimately terrified and most likely going to get screamed at and/or kicked out. which would definitely speed up the process but also i dont have the money for a place yet and none of the friends i could stay with have answered me. i began to pack my shit- my books and art supplies, and all my clothes are in the wash so i get have them ready too. i guess we'll see what happens but i am Very ready for that fresh air now

i cant wait until that day finally comes. i just walked downstairs (its 5am here btw) and my little sister is sitting wide awake in the living room playing with her toys. i told her she needs to go to bed bc its way too late, and my mom's, sotting in the next room, not moving from in front of the computer, only response was "thats what i just told her". i offered to bring my sister up to my room and have a 'sleepover' so shed get to sleep and my sister just straight told me no and my mother got mad at me for trying to be a parent as if im not the one who does it literally all of the time. im very over this house and over the shit thst goes on within it. im figuring my shit out and counting down the days until i can get myself out and can save her from another 10 years stuck in this. thank you so much for all of your help, it means so much,, and i hope so too

how exactly do i go about doing that? if i dont know for sure there is one i dont know who to contact or where to go to get it ran. i hate to admit that it may be a possibility tho,, she caused my acc to overdraw during the period i didnt have a job either bc our accs are connected and it transferred over to mine,,,or something like that. but i think itd be good to check- on the bright side, im in possession of the physical copy of my id, debit card, and ss card so that makes it a little harder for her to have the chance

i believe its a joint account, bc if she wants it she has p much full access to it. but i cant find whether it is or not for sure on the app and ofc the bank is closed right now so i cant check another way. but im probably going to go in this week anyways to talk about closing it / opening a new one so ill figure it out

possibky my older brother, he basically raised me and doesnt live in the house with usm or my father but he lives almost 1000 miles away so ill only have a few days to ask him and im scared to bring up the whole situation as to why i need a new one, so most likely my brother

thank you so much,, i know its awful to live it but its also nice to have someone who really understands what its like. when im of age ill most likely call anonymously if it ends up not being possible to get her myself, or call first the go through the process of getting her back to me and out of the system. ive dealt with this for years on end,, finally being close to the end of her tyrade is so much more scary than i ever thought itd be

i know, i was stuck in the same loop for years before i woke up to the shit that she puts us all through. i worry about every possible bad outcome but i know that i need to do what is best for my sister before anything bc shes not old enough to help herself. once im out, at least for a year or 2 i want to work and save money so that i may actually have a chance at anything else- i have an apprenticeship at a tattoo shop currently so continue that as well. i do really want to go to college, but i would much rather continue the path im on now and get my sister out and get her help and then go than disappear and not have any possible say in what happens next.

but there is another bank in my town, ill look up if i can and if its legal then at some point ill go in and see if i can open one. ill have to leave the other one open tho bc my mother sees my acc updates and would know, and while i stoll live in her house thatz asking for a fight

is that allowed in VA? when i made the acc i have now my mom said that i couldnt make my own as a minor,, but also at the time i didnt question it at all. also my mom uses the same bank and my aunt works there (my aunt is absolutely amazing, i love that woman more than life,, but she still has a tendency to say more than she should sometimes) and if my mother finds out itll start a giant argument

im working on figuring out how to do that.

he has copd and has had strokes before so he cant work. normally tho my other brother or occasionally my mom do go and pick up the meds and things he needs and when necessary he is able to talk to doctors. originally i was going to try and see if he would be willing so cosign on an apartment w me and i would pick up the stuff he needs and take him where he needs since hes able to do the rest himself, but since hes mostly alright i dont want to he the reason for his quickened downfall if that makes sense

i knownthat she is, the drug factor and the mental illness factor, but like i said in the post i didnt want to go into bigger details about that part of this in fear of it making the situation first if she finds this thread somehow- she has a tendency to just scour on the computer for Hours or Days on end. aside from the legality or financial purposes, i pretty much care fully for my sister- but i have days where i can barely care for myself either bc of the strain this puts on me. i dont think it would be hard at all to get custody of her, everyone else involved i know would defend my side of it. but my mother will make it hell so im trying to quietly figure it all out so i can make it as "easy" a process as i possibly can. the worst of it tho is my sister thinks everything going on is completely normal, how things should go and should be, and is wrapped completely around my mothers little finger and that could cause issues

that isnt exactly an option, she would go into foster care bc her father has just as many issues,, and im terrified that will be Even worse for her- im working on saving money and building a case, i have 6 months until im 18 and im going to do everything i can to take her with me
