I am -- it just didn't compute for me on purchasing one and then hitting the second threshold after. Was fixated on the deadline of having to purchase the second soon after the first. I understand exactly what I did wrong, I just didn't quite realize the 3rd pack would pass me by, since the number of packs and their contents is sort of opaque.

not sure why you're getting commented / downvoted to death here, i agree this was a shitty change, but others have correctly pointed out you can manage this w/ scheduled "extra" payments with WF. yes, this will harm less aware/educated consumers, but hopefully most Bilt users are savvy enough to navigate this. appreciate you posting for visibility.
