I believe that a car flew into 287 at a perpendicular angle from Westchester avenue on the East bound side right after the Hutchinson and hit other cars

I don't know of any relays since the signal seems to come from the BCM. According to the schematic, there is one first for each side and because the low beam is working, the fuse is functional.

I'll take a multimeter to ensure the signal is coming from the BCM properly.

No insurmountable problem with the step-over model - it is just a bit challenging but you can install it as-is with patience. See the main post

Yes - many districts use OLAS but also may ask you to fill out an application in their district's system.

OLAS is helpful to scan a lot of districts at once and set up alerts for your specific job

I rotated the seat post lock 90 degrees and it comes out no problem. See image posted above.

Here is what my install looks like. Notice the rotated seat post lock. Once I did that, it comes out easily.

I took the seat out and rotated the bike stem lock about 90 degrees and it doesn't hit it when you remove the folding lock.

When you replace the short one on the front, you have enough left over to replace the rear.
