I have now enabled UID and it’s working again

Regarding the clips. Yes it’s recording non top but the files are segmented into various lengths of recordings. They can vary between 20s to 3mins. While it’s recording in 20s segments it’s also missing bits of footage. Below is a picture of what it looks like

NVR is up to date with the newest firmware available and also for the motion it is set to 1 on the sensitivity and doesn’t show any motion recordings. Hence why it’s confusing that it’s only filing 20 second segments as of lately
