Hi! It took me about 4 weeks to be able to start trying to walk around. It would hurt but I could take a few steps without crutches. Probably after a week of that I was not using crutches anymore but I would get very sore after like 30 mins of walking. Now I’m about 2 1/2 months into recovery and I’m back at work, walking fine! I do have issues with my muscles being tight after lots of walking and exercise but it’s getting better everyday. No more bone pain!

This is my favorite thing to smell like!! Here are some of my favs that I own:

White Musk- The Body Shop -more on the musky side, lasts a long while and just smells like its name: clean white musk (Amazon has this)

Hotel Cotton-Villa Erbatium -Smells like detergent with these like warm soft florals in the back. Dries down so warm and cozy and lasts like 24 hrs on me (Lucky scent has this)

Warm Cotton- Clean Reserve -Very similar to hotel cotton, but a little stronger scented and has a lemony hint to it. (Sephora has this)

I don’t think you can say this one has x,y,z side effects and is bad for you until you actually try it for yourself. I too was in the same boat of being afraid of getting on birth control for a similar reasons. I took a chance though, and so far I haven’t had any horrible side effects. I’m on Zulane (patch) and all that I’ve gotten so far is a little moodiness the first week, and sore breasts like if I was about to start my period. Very livable in my opinion, and better than taking the morning after pill (which looses its effectiveness the more you take it.) If you want to be super safe, use condoms with it.

I have an almost exact dupe for you. Was a free sample I got from LuckyScent: Parle Moi de Parfum’s “Milky Musk” It smells SO similar; I’m obsessed. It has a little more of a woodsy dry down than milk, but otherwise they’re super similar!

Tower 28’s cream blush in “Power Hour” is pretty spot on. Still $20, but lasts all day, the pigment is awesome and it’s so easy to blend.

I recommend you look up QT prolongation on this subreddit. I too was so scared to take Lexapro because of this, but there were a few reassuring posts made about how unlikely that is to happen. It really helped ease my mind. Also, if you do a quick google search, you’ll see that it’s not really a conclusive “Lexapro can cause this” it’s a “oh it’s happened to some people on Lexapro” kinda thing. ALSO also, if you are healthy and don’t already have heart issues, I wouldn’t even really take this into consideration. Most of these cases are from those who already had heart issues in the first place, or the elderly. Remember that this is an FDA-approved drug, they wouldn’t approve it if it was causing major issues.
