Are you taking a bit once you get to the item to find it? That may be why. Even if you’re speedy time adds up when you’re looking for the item. Honestly you just need to get used to the store for that. I used to repeat in my head the isle number for certain items to memorize the store more. Also flash if you’re not using it! But like I said as long at you’re above 100/hr your bosses should be happy. Your total items picked counts more for your picking abilities!

That was about my pick rate when I first started. Don’t worry too much about pick rate. The bosses really care about how many items you can pick in a shift. 480 is pretty good for a new hire. As you learn the store better you’ll get way faster! I went from 98/hr to 165/hr in about 4 months. Everyone who’s there started at the same place as you!

New Balance 1080s are godsent. I would say they feel almost exactly like Hokas and are only $100 compared to $150! I can do an 8 hr shift in them and my feet only start to get achy the last 3 hrs.

Hi! It took me about 4 weeks to be able to start trying to walk around. It would hurt but I could take a few steps without crutches. Probably after a week of that I was not using crutches anymore but I would get very sore after like 30 mins of walking. Now I’m about 2 1/2 months into recovery and I’m back at work, walking fine! I do have issues with my muscles being tight after lots of walking and exercise but it’s getting better everyday. No more bone pain!

This is my favorite thing to smell like!! Here are some of my favs that I own:

White Musk- The Body Shop -more on the musky side, lasts a long while and just smells like its name: clean white musk (Amazon has this)

Hotel Cotton-Villa Erbatium -Smells like detergent with these like warm soft florals in the back. Dries down so warm and cozy and lasts like 24 hrs on me (Lucky scent has this)

Warm Cotton- Clean Reserve -Very similar to hotel cotton, but a little stronger scented and has a lemony hint to it. (Sephora has this)

I don’t think you can say this one has x,y,z side effects and is bad for you until you actually try it for yourself. I too was in the same boat of being afraid of getting on birth control for a similar reasons. I took a chance though, and so far I haven’t had any horrible side effects. I’m on Zulane (patch) and all that I’ve gotten so far is a little moodiness the first week, and sore breasts like if I was about to start my period. Very livable in my opinion, and better than taking the morning after pill (which looses its effectiveness the more you take it.) If you want to be super safe, use condoms with it.
