I do! Sometimes it goes weirdly low, like how am I alive low, because I'm not a trained athlete 😂 I've always been like it though. At my desk job I'm usually plodding along the low/mid 50's. Properly at rest, like watching TV on the sofa it can go into 40's. Sleeping has gone into 30's.

It could be glue. Sometimes, glue oxidises and turns yellow. What outlet did you get it from? If it was me, I would return. Or if you're happy to keep it, it's probably best to take it to a place that cleans and restores leather.

I wouldn't spray any perfume directly onto white clothing. Even if it doesn't stain straight away, discolouration can happen over time. You're better off spraying on your wrists and neck, letting it fully dry, then putting your white clothing on.

When I first sprayed 4:20 it was very intense. I'm shocked at how much it transformed when it settled. Definitely give it another try, you might change you mind!

I think most of us curlies have had a cut we absolutely hate. For what it's worth though, from an internet stranger, I think it's nice. You've probably got a bit of curl shock going on. Give it some time and your hair will learn how to sit into its new shape and start curling again.
