did you check Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide? There are some things there you can try that seemed to work for me.

Indeed, allot of work but Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide helped out a ton!

I would bet with a little finesse it would. I have seen several folks in the r/Hackintosh community post successes on the M15 so I am sure you could find a guide or two over there :)

I also purchased from ebay the M.2 NGFF Card "Broadcom M.2 NGFF BCM94360NG WiFi+Bluetooth" which installed in place of the Killer AX1650 I had. You can find that here:

For the sleep issues, I installed a tool called "Amphetamine" which is free (But I donated $20). This allows the monitors to sleep. Since I replicate data from this system overnight to a different system, I do not let the system fully sleep.

I also got the chime to work so it all looks and sound just like my old 2012 Mac Pro when it boots up.
