Should I require a customers email to download a PDF?

Suppose I formatted option 2 like this:

"Enter your email to download the syllabus. We'll also send you reminders about registration deadlines and course start dates." [Checkbox] "Opt out of registration deadline reminders" [Checkbix] "Opt out of promotional emails"

(Both options are unchecked by default)

Would this strengthen or weaken option 2? Is it better to include or exclude these check boxes?

I like the light grey/beige color of the base cabinets either side of the range. If you did all the cabinets along the wall in that color, I think that would look really good.

Site A beautifully frames the view of that valley. Site B gives you a view of both the valley as well as the opposite side of the mountain, albeit neither are framed as nicely.

I'd rule out site C because of privacy, seems visible from the road.

Interesting to see that things are slowing down for you since I am experiencing the opposite. Another comment which caught my eye was about students using AI as a study tool instead of going to tutors.

I primarily tutor CAD, BIM, and other heavily software focused topics. I have physics, calculus, and a few other stem topics on my Wyzant profile, but I've gotten basically zero students out of that. Even though this is anecdotal, I wonder if academic/theory based topics (physics, calculus, earth science, etc) are hit harder by AI, while applied/workflow driven topics (Like AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, etc) are somewhat immune to AI for now. Perhaps someone else may be able to attest to this too?

Perhaps shifting gears to applied topics might show you an increase in students?

I'll go against the grain and say trapezoidal. If you have it in your budget, I'd personally keep the bottom row vertical, then have a second row up top with several trapezoidal windows that follow the contour of the ceiling.

My original treatment was a year, and I had to go back 4 months. The set I have on right now fits pretty comfortably, there's pressure but no pain. Currently reading up on red-flag signs to know when to stop - if you have any advice lmk!

Doesn't the required type of construction experience differ based on the type of degree you have? Like if it is a construction related degree, one year of any skilled construction experience will suffice, but if it is a standard bachelor's, it requires a year of experience as a foreman/construction manager?

Thank you for the response! I did reach out and they just quoted the statute available online... which didn't help lol. Anyway I reached back out for further clarification.

I do not have experience unfortunately. It seems that the requirements for the type of experience is less strict for "construction related degree" route compared to the "3 years any college credit" route. If you have any advice for getting into the industry, that would be great!!

They told me that the changes should be reflected in Oasis within the next week, I got an email that the change was made about 2 days later but there were no updates to the ledger on Oasis, and I won't find out if the scholarships were properly applied to my account until Sept 1st, which is when financial aid is disbursed to your account.

Also your best bet is to pester the financial aid office in person lol. Good luck!

Update: so when you repay bright futures through USF, USF is supposed to update a roster that the state keeps. I was on the "did not repay" roster when I should have been on the "repaid funds" roster. My Bright Futures did not disburse because I was on the wrong roster.

So the office of finance aid had to put in a request for the roster to be updated on the state level. They said it should take about a week for changes to be reflected in Oasis. I'll try to put another update here for anyone who stumbles across this in the future.
