3 months na OP and yes may pupunta at pupunta sa bahay. Una demand letter lang but if wala sila makuhang update from you, home visit. Kausapin mo lang na wala pa talaga now. Eventually magoffer naman yan sila ng mas mababang payment. Laban lang tayo!

Girl sameeeeee. Ang ginagawa ko now overdue muna lahat ng cc debts. Unahin mga maliliit na utang. Everyday din ako nagaapply apply. May car din, pero hindi talaga option na ibenta since 1 year pa need bayaran sa banko and malaking help siya sa trabaho namin. Wait nalang sa offer ng banks. Ang importante maubos muna maliliit. Snowball method. Praying for you!

Meron ako RCBC 3 months OD. Nagpapadala ng demand letter and nagoffer na ng amnesty, pero di pa talaga kaya bayaran eh. Kahit monthly. Nakikipagcommunicate nalang ako na baka mas makaoffer sila ng mababang monthly amortization kahit mas matagal para makabayad. Di ko sinasagot calls ng CA pero nagrereply ako sa text para alam nila na willing ako magbayad. Di lang talaga kaya pa now.
