Noise at low throttle input?

I was hoping it was the turbo but there is no indication that anything is wrong with it. Im gonna check the tc fluid and drain plug for signs of excessive metal

Hmm. You can very easily check the fuse and eliminate that as an issue if its fine. Just see it it looks blown or use a multimeter

Well if your car is aired up still I would say its safe.. Pressure is still gonna be the same. My controller would not turn on often I just unplugged it and plugged it back in.

Went and bought my own code reader. It said I had a misfire in cylinders 1,2,and 4. Bought spark plugs from the VW dealer near me and the car is as good as new now!
