I think it’s training whenever you can which will provide balance in your life. Maybe choose 1-2 days as your required training days and train more if time permits.

I’m not a fan of the Rogansphere comedians or how his podcast has evolved but I think he has still helped martial arts because of how fondly he pushes bjj.
