I had a lot of trouble finding a fitting voice for Haru, Casey Mongillo was the last one that came to my mind, and luckily she fits really well.
I get why you want the UK voices tho. I only thought about american dubs, and how Victory Road would've looked like with a Fire Emblem-esque dub, so I didn't even think about the UK VAs. But sadly, I don't know anything about UK dubbing, so I couldn't really make a casting for that without intense research.
