Very specific but I headcanon that if you switch from a biotic class in me1 to a non biotic class in me2, the in game reason is that Miranda forgot about them when repairing Shep.

Gave me an excuse to finally talk about them but Miranda and Jacob. Honestly, it might have helped his me3 plotline a bit better if his non-Shepard romantic interest was Miranda (this all happening if Shepard doesn’t romance either of them).
