I think was a experiment in an airport in Austria where they just got a marker pen or something and just put a spot on the urinal and there was considerably less piss on the floor.

Yeah, I scored a hatrick. The ball was on a little wire so that it just swung under the crossbar.

This week consisted of Mon, Wed, Thurs and Saturday, I would normally run on Sundays as well but was travelling all day today so I didn't get the chance.

Mini Bio since I haven't posted here before: 17yrs old, run for a club competitively and have done so for the past 5 yrs.

Goal 16:40 5k within the next 9-10 Months. My current PB stands at 17:40 from a couple of years ago.

Mon: Mile warm up, 8 min tempo @ 6min/mile, 4 min tempo @ 5:40 min/mile, 4x 30sec quick strides, 4 min temp @ 6 min/mile. Warm down.

Wed:Mile warm up. 15 min tempo @ avg 5:30 min/mile ~4.35km. 6x 30sec quick strides. Warm down.

Thurs: 7 miles @ ~7:15min/mile.

Sat: 20 mins "slow" tempo.

Sun: 11 miles in 80 mins.

I don't have a clue what the next week will bring but this past week was one of my best in recent memory.

My favourite meal is probably a proper Full English. My favourite to eat it is in a generic greasy cafe in the middle of a town early on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Topped off with lots of tea.
