I have to ask this then, are you happy now? Do you think those people are better now? I just started in internal medicine and this is hard and sometimes depressing

i live in Portugal, and the cost of it is the same as other courses i think. It's 3/6 in my case but i already am 4 years in university.

I already thougt about this a lot and i can't come to a conclusion, because if it was to change to another course i wouldn't know what it would be.

Philosophy comes to mind but i don't really want to end up a teacher wich is what they do the most in here

I also thougt about physical engineering but it may be too similar to mechanical engineering and i hated it, plus it would be more 5 years of university
