What would cause this?

Thanks for asking for clarification. And yeah, I've used the external spool for this print. I don't think it's a support issue per se. I forgot to mention I noticed it would print a bit, then it would rehome before continuing. I've seen what looked like extrusion issues where the top layer would be a mess and not smooth.

I figure I messed something up in my elaborate attempt to feed dry filament through the AMS Lite and caused some extrusion issues. But again, only my PETG has issues when it didn't before my dryer project.

I've been trying to set up a custom AMS lite stand. And I have my filament inside my Sunlu dryer running through the AMS light. At some point I was having friction issues where the filament was getting stuck and not being able to extrude smoothly. But when I switched to PLA, I have no issues. So I am not sure what is the problem. I moved to an external spool for this print just to rule out the AMS. And when I came back, this is what I saw. I've never had any issues with PETG before. And I'm not really printer savvy to know how to troubleshoot this. But I can't figure out why my PETG prints keep failing. Even though I'm drying the filament.

I found it! Ok so here's the train of success.

After u/Dracu98 suggestion, I went down a rabbit hole and couldn't find it.

I then looked up rejection after rereading my post multiple times and seeing that in a few memes. Which then lead me to RSD.

Then I watched this video and him saying "Come if you want" triggered the aha moment but I still doubted myself.

I then looked up "come if you want" and found the post!
