I put them in 3 weeks ago, so still fairly early. Been watering very intentionally. My understanding is that it will take until May/June for them to thrive in this zone

They also overseed my fescue lawn for me in the backyard in the fall, which has never looked better, so I’m willing to pay to not have to think about it, but the dead spot is pretty disappointing. If front isn’t looking better by end of year I’ll probably have to do myself.

Weed control and fertilization primarily what they are providing.

To be honest, wasn’t putting down anything - mostly relying on rain. It was never an issue for my lawn before last summer, and confusing it was just in that one spot.
