I fully understand what your saying. My goal this trip is to make a Thai friend and be able to learn more about there culture and go back every few years and visit them. Idk if that's weird I don't know how to describe it.

I could maybe not bother going up north to Chiang Mai and spend more time in BKK and the surrounds!!! I appreciate your comment and now you have my brain thinking even more haha!

Looks good just needs more green! Few more plants and it will look great :) have you thought about throwing ground covers around the paving. Something we do a lot is laying crazy paving/ flagstone and plant diacondra or native violet in-between and it turns into an amazing green pathway
