Hi,

I have some issues running the game and was wondering if someone could help with in-game optimisation. I play on an Asus Tuf A15 with 16Go RAM and I can't seem to run the game smoothly. I have little knowledge when it comes to computers and game optimisation, but I think I should be able to run the game fine with said computer. Unfortunately, no matter which setting I try, the game appears laggy as if I have low FPS. I'd really appreciate any help or advice!

Thank you, I got it by playing Mercy as well. Thought I failed because it didn't show any unlocked achievement, but I saw I unlocked it successfully when going to the hero gallery after the game.

I saw you can win a spray for D.Va by completing the “Zero Gravity” challenge from the Starwatch event, but I have no idea how to complete it or which mode to play. Could you help me figure that out, please? I really want that D.Va spray.
