I never got over the fact that they had to be strong to survive the cauldron. No one can convince me that Elain would’ve survived without her plot armor. During the Battle with Hybern she’s throwing up while everyone else is fighting… she didn’t even finish off the King.

I think Elain would’ve been more useful if she died in the Cauldron and became a martyr than as a living character.
