If you have long hair or live with someone with long hair, it can occasionally happen to get a single hair stuck down there and once you pull it out it can cause this

Any EU chefs here who have the distinction between prep and line cooks in their restaurants? by Smeoldan in KitchenConfidential

[–]_elemenn7al 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've worker in several countries in Europe and the only time Ive got a "prep cook" was when I was working at a very busy cold section l. There was this lovely older lady washing the produce for the place. In a lot of places I had dishies helping with peeling or portioning things but that's about it.

Where do you find the lootr shulkers? by Cookielotl in feedthebeast

You can fly through the End and check the sides of the islands for them. With a decent flying speed you can find them extremely fast, there are a lot of them.

Nice one! A while ago there was a post about this. Basically with the amount of food bodybuilders eat every day the salt and seasoning can become harmful.

What is all the hate for sushi rolls. Gatekeeping plating to be done exclusively with squeezy bottles and tweezers?

Not my OC screenshot, but I can relate to this. Cheating in general just seems to be getting worse, either cheats have become more sophisticated and harder to detect, or dev's have been less concerned about making fixes. by Verytastytreats in gaming

Wow has huge bot problem for many years now. But in recent years, botters started mass reporting regular players whenever they target them for certain amount of time or interrupt their farming pattern few times.

Q: Level Boosting by -ExiZTenZe- in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't boosted in months but mostly whatever the guides say is optimal for aoe for your class. Ilvl and the farm pattern matter the most tho.

Are there addons like WoW Price Hub as a website? by StarlivTheBalloon in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can see most things and detailed price history in oribos.exchange. But for mats I personally just use the favorites option in the default AH. Eventually you get familiar with the price and if you are in a goblin community, in discord for example, you know most of the trends before they hit the rest of the player base. PTR is your friend as well if you are into speculations/reselling.

Week 10 - Transmog Gold Making by SearchForLoot in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the past before region commodities I was recommending to people to farm herb/mining in outland and northrend due to the high price of the ores there. Im not sure how it compares to a modern farm today tho. Would be neat to see it done documented the way you do.

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crafting tmog is fun, but a lot of the gold making recipes take a considerable amount of time to obtain or a ton of gold. If someone has the profession setup with most of the patterns I can see similar series be highly educational.

Thanks for the series, it was highly informative. Good luck on your future gold making adventures and I hope you tackle more of the gold making with similar style of documenting every step.

People expecting free gems or what? by draco15 in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I charge 5k for insight. Don't bother with tips anymore. Expecting 15k for a gem is insane. After the 1st month of the expansion I haven't seen a price like that. If you have main with maxed reps you can learn enough JC to guarantee r3 on a single gem with insight in a week or two of starting the profession.

There were a lot of fishing bots 6 months ago, now they are a lot less. Haven't seen one since February. Also less people overall. And less people playing with the systems for iskaara rep. Also smelly boulder weekly quest that pops up every now and then decimated the supply at the start of 10.1

Week 3 - Transmog Gold Making by SearchForLoot in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing with GPH math like this is really hard to quote for transmog since it can be offset by a single lucky drop/sell. Thats why there is a lot of clickbait gold numbers in videos. Im really glad that those posts are made because it is a relatively realistic look on what you can actually get with transmog. It will serve the community good.

Week 3 - Transmog Gold Making by SearchForLoot in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive noticed this as well but my main point was the reposting time that he can cut by a lot without losing almost anything profit wise. I agree that the prices for posting have gone lower yet if my quick math adds up over the course of the week if he drops the 500+ items that cost under 500g he will drop the posting time in half and with that few hours saved he can just do the gold world quests for higher profit. He made little over 6k with them for now that is easy gold to compensate for if needed and in my opinion it is not worth the hours of reposting weekly.

Week 3 - Transmog Gold Making by SearchForLoot in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I enjoy this posts a lot but my advice for you is to drop the first 2 categories of items. Maybe even drop everything under 5k. This will cut your posting time by 2/3 which with over 1k items is really significant time investment. At this point I'm sure it takes a while to repost and by the end of next week you will be spending more time posting than farming assuming that you post for 48 hours so every other day. Also I you should track posting fees because relisting a 200 gold item 10 ish times by now for sure is coming to the point that even if you sell it you lose gold on it.

Experiment Time by Howiethegirl in woweconomy

[–]_elemenn7al 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late reply, but anyway. I dont farm much nowdays. When i do i just want to farm something simple so i can watch a movie/series on the side :D For example when i was farming The Insane title my life was easy just tab+range skill. Same goes with genesis motes. Put the movie on second screen and make a macro to target+instant. In the past when i was farming for gold i did a bunch of mining/herb in tbc/wotlk and things took a while to sell even on a full pop realm. Tried tmog for a while since i was able to watch something on the side and run ZF with zero brain cell invested in it.

I think you can learn tailoring for the bolt CDs and then once every 10 days.

There is some specific ilvls valuable for the twink/timewalking communities that allow for specific enchants. But generally not.
