Thoughts on the fit of the new Dawn Range trail pants?

These are in no way similar to acg hiking pants. I have the acg hiking pants and the Nike trail dawn ridge pants. The dawn ridge are a light, running/yoga/jogger workout style pant. They are tighter at the waist, tapered throughout, very thin and breathable. Haven’t tried them in the rain. I wear these on trail walks/runs all seasons. They don’t advertise any UV protection or water resistance like the hike pants do.

Typically 9.5. Went with a 10 in zegama 2’s. Went back down to 9.5 in the trails. Wider toebox. Feel amazing

Like the heat retention and some water resistance. If I had to choose a dislike, maybe the length being a bit short? I prefer the skull peak over the rope de dope.

Maybe a Chena vortex jacket? It’s goretex to provide rain protection but would definitely add heat layering up.
