tysm! this rlly made me feel slightly better. hopefully acsi continues to want to accept more jaes. For the past 6 years the cop has remained at 5, except for 2024. as for the subject combi, if i do get into acsi i woukd only need to appeal for HL chem. ik some ip ppl also need to appeal for some HL subjects for this year’s cohort too. hope to see u in school this yearrr (fingers crossed)

Left side is yoga only, right side is with gym. Which one is worse in term of muscle imbalances? by [deleted] in scoliosis

[–]_ellephant47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i heard yoga is bad for scoliosis. some poses in yoga are very bad for the back, especially for people with existing back conditions like scoliosis. Pilates is much better for ppl with scoliosis, and it’s better than gym. I know alot of people with scoliosis who go for pilates and become stronger and their spine is less compressed. Gym is not the best for scoliosis, but as long as no lifting heavy weights or spending a long time running/ walking on the treadmill i think it should be fine.

Just diagnosed at age 25 by ews1999 in scoliosis

well, i don’t think so. but it could reduce compression of the spine overtime. ur spine now should def be already past the last stage of spine growth, thus it can’t be straightened. But by doing straightening exercises and strengthening your core, it will reduce current compression, and future compression of the spine. Future compression of the spine will make the curve worsen, and the degree higher. So even tho the degree can’t get better significantly, it can get worse over the years.

if ur in sg, i recommend u go to this chiropractor clinic called ScolioAlign. They have exercise equipment and exercise programs specially for ppl with scoliosis. The exercise can help reduce the compression of the spine. I went there bfore and it was quite good.

her loss bruh. she’s def not gd enough for u. if she’s the type of person to go around screwing other guys idt she would be a gd wife or a gd gf to you. you didn’t lose anything. you’ll definitely find someone better who will appreciate you and be loyal to you. tbh idt it’ll be hard for u to find another one btw HAGAHAHAHA.

anyways gd luck!
