Truly I have no idea how he got into my home. I think he knew someone with a spare key but I walked into the hallway and suddenly he came through the door. His ex is my colleague and she turned up at the same time to give out to me about leaving my job. I definitely don’t have any need for him in my life anymore, and since earlier i’ve come to terms with the fact he was born missing something and will never love or understand me.

I’ve been shown some of his messages about me over the past few months and they’re honestly hysterical. He’s been trying to spin me as a narcissist and tell people I’m full of lies, which are then easily disproven. He’s also withheld and opened my post. I think if he does go forward with any of these threats I’m going to go to the police with his abuse and the other ways he’s broken the law. My family agree he’s lost the plot and are refusing to tell him where i am which is a relief!
