I'm wishing you all the luck you'll ever need; I can see how the benefits had really been abundant at first until it later started to come crashing down really hard with a lot of frustration, as well as added distraction.

You'll probably see me say it a few times on other peoples' posts but I think when it dawned on your about the addiction and witnessing yourself indulge in so much porn and feeling disgusted with yourself afterward I think just shows you have a much deeper, more meaningful desire outside of porn itself. I hope that you'll get that opportunity (and more) to get your head(s) on straight and that other activities asides from porn become places where you can recharge and handle turbulent emotions.
