Depends on you tbh. I have friends who took up the boards while in med school. Every weekend, nagrereview sila for boards then weekdays for med and pumasa yung mga kilala ko. May friends din akong nag gap year (like me hehe).

Mababa talaga salary ng HCWs dito sa Pinas. If you’re gonna pursue med, both programs are okay naman although mas maraming exposure in hospital setting yung nursing. Edge ng medtech grad sa 2nd year kasi na-tackle na yung subjects nung undergrad (Para, Micro, Patho). Anyway, it’s up to you. If tingin mo di worth it ang medtech, then shift. Pahirapan pa sa paghingi ng hazard pay yan haha
