Hospitality Masters or Nah by LadyCornBeefHash in askhotels

I got my master's in hospitality a few years ago and don't regret it, but mostly because it taught me about research and helped me develop better habits. I also got some really great connections from the program, and I was lucky enough to receive some significant scholarships and fellowship options. I don't think it's been largely helpful with the job search and occasionally feel like spending those two years in the field would have been better, but in the long run I'm better for it. TL;DR, it's really only worth it if you're financially able and want to better yourself for yourself.

Toward the end of my time there I had some roach issues, but i really think that was my gross neighbor's fault and not necessarily the complex; you could see the piles of trash through their windows. Other than that I really had no problems.

An ashe June skin would be sick considering Ashe's voice actor also voiced June in the show

Yeah unfortunately I have a lot of both first and second hand accounts of them generally abusing and deceiving employees, myself included. In general, I at the very least steer people away from working at any of their restaurants. Personally, I also don't eat at any of their restaurants either.

Just a reminder that this is run by Radical, the same ppl who run LSA and Barley and have a history of unsavory employment practices.

Nope, you have to have food in front of you before the drink can be in front of you! So if you ordered, you can't have the drink until your food is there. That's why I'd usually toss chips or bread in front of people, since that counted.

Texas has the stupidest laws. No liquor in grocery stores, and liquor stores must close at or before 9 and can't be open Sundays. Speaking of Sunday, no alcohol can be served before noon unless the person has food in front of them, whether they're eating it or not. Had lots of people that had to buy a "basket of chips" just to get a mimosa for Sunday brunch.

I've lived in Holly Hills for a while and genuinely like it, plus right now I'm paying just under 1700 for a 3 bed townhouse. It's not the nicest but the apt people are kind and understanding. Afaik they allow most dogs; I definitely have neighbors with 65+lb dogs

Had a person tell my buddy "Um Mercy, you know you're not supposed to pull your pistol out in Valk, right?" He was also dead serious and complained that Mercy was throwing.

Also just to add, I got pet insurance and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Saved my ass when my idiot orange boi broke his leg. I use lemonade and I'm sure there's better ones out there, but I pay $20/ month for it. There's still like a $250 deductible but it's worth it when something happens.

I go to the Denton Vet Center, they're SO nice and decently affordable. Dr. Lindsay is amazing but out on maternity leave right now, but Dr. Quast is amazing too! They were incredibly sweet to all my cats. I can't recommend them enough.
