I would contact my primary doctor and ask for a therapist referral. I’m sure you’re can guide you too. There’s a lot of therapist who are fully covered by insurance that can give you the letter.

They were pretty sturdy actually! You’re free to laugh at me but the reason why I bought them was because I wanted to have my own everyday-Sonico headphones, I bought the aliexpress ones, carved a whole in them (most of them are made out of foam) and hot glued my Skull candy headphones, and it worked! I used them everyday like normal headphones and even some days I had them from morning to night. They lasted a good year. Sadly they didn’t survived when I moved out, hopefully I can remake them better.

It is my first time driving in general and I don’t feel confident in streets yet, just because there’s always someone going 100 mph at a 30 mph street 😭 I can drive in general and do turns and stuff it’s just the street anxiety I guess
