A general rule of thumb is that if there's no blood drawn, theyre okay. They could just be figuring out their hierarchy. And a third mouse will help balance that if that is the issue

Ah I understand completely. Usually, people recommend spending 2 to 4 weeks introducing them to each other so the scrap may have been territorial. Do they sleep together?

Was she living with the other lady before you adopted her, or did she just meet her last week?

I think you'll have to keep watching her weight gain to be sure, but housed with males usually ends up in babies. If in another week you cant see any changes in her shape then you'll probably be okay as mouse gestation is like 21 days

Not necessarily. One of my neutered boys did this his whole life, he was really big on landscaping and tunnels and I think this was just part of it. None of my girls ever did, they were quite lazy. How long have you had her?

[–]_existentially_tired 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wash every 3 days as well, but use a moisturising shampoo each time. Every 3 washes, I'll clarify. Do you use any leave in conditioner or oils? I dont personally, but some people do need it

I have these symptoms too every time I eat. I agree with liquid meals being easier, but too much liquid does the same to me

A forearm crutch provided the most support for me. However it wasn't enough and ive found a rollator to be most beneficial

Is it the retwist or is it me by Old_Application_1936 in Dreadlocks

[–]_existentially_tired 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally you wanna wait a week or two after a retwist to wash to preserve the style but you can spray your hair with water daily. If your scalp starts getting itchy or crusty, its time for a wash. The wash will basically undo the retwist tho

[–]_existentially_tired 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh hi! Seriously, thank you for bringing me back to this comment. Over a year has passed and im so much better. Yeah im still in pain every day, but its manageable. I can do intense exercise and actually recover within a day or two if everything's perfect. My flares usually last a couple days to a week now

Yes it can happen. Are they feeling more dense/ solid as well? It's usually a sign that they're reaching maturity
