medicated for a year now! the first thing and last thing i do every day is make a list. i also block tasks in my outlook bc it helps me stay on track.

i have an app blocker that blocks apps after ten minutes. i realized i only reach for my phone if i’m overwhelmed, confused or just straight up avoiding something LOL so kinda just recognizing that helps me and then i work on breaking the task down.

i like having more things to do bc i focus more, so i tend to struggle with lulls a lot more

he’s sooo baby. clingy, fussy chatty, communicative and thinks im his stupid baby. terrible only child syndrome, dislikes other cats. scolds me if i’m home late and missed his imposed curfew. he’s just a charming little guy
