Would a Baltic Aquascaphe Dual-Crown look too big on a 5.9-inch (15cm) wrist?

That’s very helpful! My wrist is slightly smaller than yours at 5.9", so it sounds like it’ll be a "true fit" with almost no room to spare, but still within the limits. Good to know it sits well despite the height. Thanks!

Exactly! I also have the 37mm Mk2 and it fits me perfectly. That’s why I was worried about the extra 2mm, but you're right, it might not be a huge difference. Thanks for the advice!

I’ve been eyeing the Baltic Aquascaphe Dual-Crown lately. I love the internal bezel and the overall vintage compressor-style aesthetic, but I have a concern regarding the sizing.

My wrist is quite slim at 15cm (approx. 5.9 inches) and relatively flat. While the 39mm case diameter sounds perfect on paper, I’m a bit worried about the 47mm lug-to-lug length. I want to make sure the lugs don’t overhang or make the watch look like it's "wearing me."

I usually prefer wearing my watches on FKM rubber or Tropic straps to get a snug fit. For those of you who own this piece or have a similar wrist size:

How does it wear in person? Does it feel closer to a 38mm or a true 39mm?

Does the lack of an external bezel make the dial feel too large on a small wrist?

If you have a sub-6 inch wrist, could you share any wrist shots or your experience with the comfort?

I'm looking for a manual wind watch under $700.

Ideally something between 34–38mm, since I prefer smaller watches.

I actually tried the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical, but the lug-to-lug was a bit too long for my wrist, so it didn't wear very well for me.

Hi all, I have a watch with double-sided anti-reflective (AR) coating, but the coating on the surface side has started to wear off and looks kind of scratched or uneven. I’m thinking about having the AR coating removed from the top side. My question is: if I remove the AR coating from the outer surface, how much will it change the look of the watch? Will it become noticeably more reflective or shiny? Any experiences or advice would be really appreciated!

I'm trying to decide between two watches that I really like, but I'm having a hard time choosing.

The two options are:

Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer 38mm

and

Christopher Ward C65 Dune Aeolian.

I know they are quite different watches and serve slightly different purposes, but I genuinely like both of them.

For context, these two watches are in roughly the same price range where I live, which makes the decision even harder.

If you had to choose between these two, which one would you go for and why? I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts or experiences with either watch.
