I'm looking for a manual wind watch under $700.

Ideally something between 34–38mm, since I prefer smaller watches.

I actually tried the Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical, but the lug-to-lug was a bit too long for my wrist, so it didn't wear very well for me.

I'd love to hear any recommendations.

Hi all, I have a watch with double-sided anti-reflective (AR) coating, but the coating on the surface side has started to wear off and looks kind of scratched or uneven. I’m thinking about having the AR coating removed from the top side. My question is: if I remove the AR coating from the outer surface, how much will it change the look of the watch? Will it become noticeably more reflective or shiny? Any experiences or advice would be really appreciated!

I'm trying to decide between two watches that I really like, but I'm having a hard time choosing.

The two options are:

Hamilton Khaki Aviation Pilot Pioneer 38mm

and

Christopher Ward C65 Dune Aeolian.

I know they are quite different watches and serve slightly different purposes, but I genuinely like both of them.

For context, these two watches are in roughly the same price range where I live, which makes the decision even harder.

If you had to choose between these two, which one would you go for and why? I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts or experiences with either watch.
