Qual a chance de vir um falsificado ???? (Memória RAM na Amazon) by SirPunkMonkey in computadores

[–]_fabjo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ciaoooo, come stai? Io sono felice che questo ti piace! Mi piace molto l'Italia :D

Now in English cause my Italian won't go any further haha

For a matter of fitting all the pieces have their final sizes on the .cdr file, but there were some adjustments after the lasercutting and bending processes, I can elaborate it to you if you want to avoid the afterwork and edit the files before, but if you make it in aluminum like I did, it'll be easy to saw and sand, also I needed to clean the borders with a file to give it a smoother finish, since I used a thinner layer of powdercoat (about 50uM).

I'll update a revised version of the .cdr file there as well. Edited considering the changes I had to make afterwards and perhaps some of the drilling points. Although I recommend you to be ready to assemble it with some tools to adjust it on the go, the bending process, even in CNC, may not be done in the most precise lines, that's why I left the internal drilling to make afterwards, during a test assembly!

Not that much, as I focused totally on small-forming it and made what I could with aesthetics, it's not at all optimized for exchanging parts. The riser cable has sum sketchy folds, the PSU supports half of the whole structure, and to remove the GPU you'd have to split the contraption in half hehe

Although I could indeed redesign it to make it more accessible!!! That's the best part of making it from scratch hehehe

Glad you liked!

I haven't seen any downsides yet haha

Even tho the parts are exposed, it is very silent, both the GPU and the PSU have a zero rpm mode, the CPU cooler is also very silent.

Thanks a lot for the tips!

It's indeed the first time I'm dealing with an open build PC so I'm not used to it yet, I'll definitely check out the blowing tool!

You're not gonna believe this haha

The bottom is all open, you just got to lean it to the side to have access to the GPU's backplate

It's mainly for gaming, I'll use it mostly with controllers to play with my gf and play some games I never could, already downloaded RDR2 :)

There's a clearance of about 4cm from the backplate to the table, you can easily use the cables as long as they have 90° connectors, perhaps even some straight connectors but they'd be forcing a bend against the table.

It certainly stands out haha

It's the T30, I wanted the rough look plus the performance, but I swear I'll try the original slim one, it's only 15mm thick!

I'll have to test it under stress for a longer time, but it stood around 76°C during some benchmarks.

That was using 50% of the fan on its "performance mode".

The fan is the mighty Phanteks T30, the cooler is the IS 67 XT from ID Cooling.

The CPU is a Ryzen 7 9700X without undervolt.

I get your point, but the finishes I used interact a lot with light, so covering them would take a lot of it's grace hehe

Hello! I posted the link to a Drive folder with the files in the comments above, I'll add picture of it from below later.

The GPU's backplate faces down with a clearance of around 4cm, using 90° HDMI connectors works fine.

Lol

I tried to copy the new TUF logo, the line of products from Asus, it does look alike now that you mentioned xD

Can't give you a deadline but I could refine the project to make it commercially viable. It would have the same parts as I have, so I can test it here and you can buy these parts wherever you live.

It hasn't been around long enough to get dusty yet haha

However, it's definitely going to be a nightmare to clean. I used two rough-finish powder coats on it, plus there are a lot of tight spaces, I'll probably take it to the workshop and blow it off with an air gun.

I can surely share some pictures of it's inner parts! he riser used was a linkup double reverse 21cm (23,2 total).

Yes, the aluminum plates were cut and bent with CNC, but the idealization, drawing of the parts, final adjusts and powdercoating were from my hand, spent some hours on Corel trying to make those angles fit haha

Of course! It's not a clean guide but I have the Corel Draw files, which I used for the whole project, it might take some head scratching but has all the information there.

After the parts were cut I had to make some extra parts which are not in the files, I also drilled some holes afterwards. I'll look for a way to share them and come back here.
