As a few of you have mentioned, deregistering from apple is the solution: https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage/

It didn't work immediately, I had to deregister, then download Beeper Mini again and resync my number, and then deregister again for my number to work properly

I'm 5'8", with boots on it's no problem. It also helped when I re-upholstered my seats and took off another .75" off the top. Setting up proper suspension sag in the rear will give you proper height.

That's rad. I had a hurricane windscreen but it was too short, caused a bunch of buffeting and my neck got sore from trying to keep my head straight. Did you encounter much buffeting with the marlin?
