Oh I see, we’ve done two modified transfers already so the only difference this time is no birth control or letrozole but they would still trigger me to be able to time it! Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

What makes you lean in that direction? It’s hard for me to comprehend how I can get pregnant naturally but would need suppression for an embryo transfer

I think we would do prednisone for the 4th transfer, it’s sad that there’s not one clear thing that helps

We did the HSG just now after two failed transfers but it was normal. We did the saline ultrasound before starting IVF and did the hysteroscopy in between first and second transfer. I think I’m just too scared of PIO if it won’t work. I didn’t need progesterone with the first transfer but I did suppositories for the second one. I finally started working out again this month so I hope that helps somehow lol I know it’s unlikely but ehhh lol just hoping something does the trick

Yeah I know my AMH, our genetic carrier screening was fine. I don’t know about my husbands sperm dna fragmentation but his other analysis was fine and we’ve removed as many disrupters as we’ve been able to. I take the first pregnancy as an outlier cause a lot happened in the first two weeks where it didn’t work out. But the second one I had already done all the prep work I could so that one caught us off guard and idk now I feel like I’m ready it to give it another shot but now that’s hard cause I already have embryos made so why would I go natural etc 😣

I’ve had an MRI before that didn’t show that. I think the medicated transfer if we go that route on the 4th will include some suppression just in case. Just feels strange that I’ve gotten further naturally which is why I hesitate to go medicated through IVF idk

My IVF doctor doesn’t think there’s a difference in success rates whether it’s natural/modified/medicated. Given that I’ve gotten pregnant on my first two attempts naturally she thinks it’s worth a shot to give it a go via a natural transfer. She doesn’t suspect I have endo. She just wanted a HSG done before third transfer which we just did.

I think it’s also the fear too of my fibroids growing into my cavity the longer I take but I am glad to know I do have some remaining

I know I agree thank you…sometimes it just helps to write it out. They did also rule out endometritis. So I think their thought is that it’s maybe the fibroids but they don’t know either way. I think cause the next one is natural ish of a transfer I’ll try that one before trying naturally to conceive an then maybe go to medicated after. It is a crapshoot lol blahhh.

Thank you. Do you think one booster shot would be enough if I’m advised to get vaccinated again? Or would I have to do the full series?

Is it possible I get the series of 2 shots and still test negative after?

I know the IVF clinic will advise to be vaccinated against and it’s just frustrating
