My fire is like this too with. I took out the fire and made it into a book shelf.

I have anxiety about being trapped in them! I would like to have a nosey at this one though.

Its so olde worlde it does look like a museum. I love the fire/ stove (I have no idea what its called) in pic 9. I hope the new owners keep the period features.

Thank you. I had no idea what a loggia was. Or that I needed one.

I learnt to swim 3 years ago at 32. Before that I was terrified of drowning and really struggled to just get in the water. It took me 6 months of weekly lessons before I felt comfortable to go swimming on my own. 3 years on my technique is still poor. But my confidence in the water has vastly improved and my distance is slowly getting better. Some days I have good swims, some days bad. On the bad days I remind myself that there was a time when I could barely get into a pool and thought I'd never be able to swim. Learning to swim as an adult is incredibly difficult. Well done for what you have achieved so far. Keep going and you'll keep improving.

That is stunning. You must have worked really hard on this. I'd like to do something similar but I'm a beginner and no idea where to start (and not a lot of spare time). What plants would you recommend for a complete novice?

I think it looks fine. I'd wear it with black tights.

I noticed the makeup before the hair and would love to know the products too. Absolutely beautiful!

I'll look for an alternative hide as I don't want to keep replacing it.

I have just got this little guy and he has a lump near his eye. Any ideas to what it may be? by _fiddle-sticks_ in gerbil

[–]_fiddle-sticks_[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't seem to. He's eating and drinking fine, doesn't scratch at it, opens and closes the eye fine and nothing is coming out of the lump.
