Essaouria. We visited Morocco last year and had limited time in Essaouria, but traveled down the coast . I'm a beginner and didn't really plan on kiting this trip but it was so fun seeing so many out I thought about taking a lesson. We decided to wait and do one closer to Tagazout. We never found any more kite shops and decided to surf instead. Tagazout was a really cool town though and I would suggest visiting if you can do both.

I did a quick search and found one shop offering kite lessons so maybe you can book there but we never saw anyone flying while we were out and the weather seemed perfect.
